When we were looking for the perfect location for Artysansz Bistro & Bar, Hoddesdon High Street stood out immediately. There's a character and warmth to this part of Hertfordshire that you don't find everywhere, and being part of this community has been one of the most rewarding parts of our journey.

Why Hoddesdon?

Hoddesdon is a market town with real history. The High Street has been at the heart of community life for centuries, and while the shops and businesses have changed over the years, the sense of neighbourhood has endured. People here know each other. They stop and chat. They support local. That's exactly the kind of place we wanted to be.

We also saw a gap in the local dining scene. Hoddesdon deserved a restaurant that combined quality ingredients, Mediterranean flavours, and a relaxed atmosphere — somewhere you could grab a morning coffee just as easily as enjoy a full tapas evening with friends.
